It is important to protect your Easy Fountain products. Many of the products in the range have covers that can be purchased from many garden centres and online retailers. We have one-size covers that fit several models, rather than having one cover per model.
If you need help finding a cover for your product, please get in touch via the contact us page and we will try and assist. Please note that we do not offer covers for our electric heaters as these are not designed to be left outdoors when not in use.
Although the parts you have received may differ from the images shown, our water feature instructions are universal and suitable for all water features. If you have any difficulty setting up your water feature, please get in touch with our customer service team.
If you encounter problems within the warranty period (12 months from the point of purchase) and believe these are covered by the warranty terms and conditions, please contact our team.
Please ensure that you have your proof of purchase details to hand.
No, just make sure you keep your receipt somewhere safe as we will ask to see a copy of it for a claim under the one-year warranty.
We will always try to assist where possible but due to producing many models in both our current and previous ranges, we cannot guarantee to have spare parts for every requirement.

If you have purchased your water feature from a garden centre, retail store or online, and find upon opening your product that this is damaged in any way, please revisit the store or contact the retailer in the first instance.
